It’s a damn shame that people in our own country have been forgotten about by the media

Why is it that the landscape of Western North Carolina can get completely disrupted destroying many buildings, downing trees, and taking lives; all for the media to forget about the people that are suffering and still living in tents.

Some of the areas in Western North Carolina hit the hardest from Helene were smaller communities like Swannanoa. The people there already had little now a lot of their homes are gone along with their land.

It’s up to the people of this beautiful country to help those out in need. While the media has their agenda with the American people in the rearview mirror and have forgotten about the people in Western North Carolina.

The people didn’t forget.
